Benefits of attending
Over the course of the conference, you will hear from some of the world's top academics, meet and network with colleagues, and develop your own thinking. Most importantly, the intimate atmosphere of the conference is a chance to test, shape, and share ideas with all participants in the same room.
Conference fee
In addition to the presentation programme, the conference fee will include the keynote speech, delegate networking opportunities, a welcome reception, conference gala dinner, lunch, and refreshment breaks.

Payment information
All registration fees must be paid by credit card in full before the start of the event. Invoicing is not available.
Cancellation and refunds
Please inform the conference organisers if you can no longer attend the event after registering by contacting ecfconference@ed.ac.uk
Refunds will be provided for cancellations made up to or on 8 May 2026. Refunds are not provided after 8 May 2026, however, substitutions of attendees can be made at any time up to and on Monday 11 May 2026.
