Paper selection process
For this conference, we are soliciting papers, both theoretical and empirical, in the area of corporate finance.
We especially encourage submissions authored by underrepresented groups in academic finance (women, people of colour, people of diverse gender identities and sexual orientation, and so on). For the latest statistics on representation, please refer to Figure 3 (p.9) in the AFA Professional Climate Report). Please note that these are the only statistics available at this time and they may not be reflective of underrepresentation in other geographical regions or for other subgroups. We therefore offer them only as an illustrative, not a definitive set of guidelines.
